There is something about weather that intrigue people so much. I worked as a receptionist at a hotel for 7 years and let me tell you, people always talked about the weather. Whether it be about the weather here, at their home, or anywhere else it was something they could talk about for a good twenty minutes. Now, let me make it clear that I do not have an issue with this. I find it really interesting that it can be bright and sunny here in Florida and snowing like crazy in another state. I always use an app on my phone to track the weather just to prepare for my day. In Florida, you never know what’s going to happen with the weather. It can be 100 degrees, 60 degrees, rainy, and sunny all in one day. That is why I need a reliable weather tracker. Wherever you live, I believe it is important to have a weather trackers that you can count on! We’ve all heard of weather cellphone apps, but what about an at home weather station… that you can control from your home or with your phone!

Sick of seeing the same “Walmart” Holiday cards over and over again? Most people just throw their holiday cards away after the holiday are over. I mean really, who needs a boring holiday card? It’s time that we make holiday cards meaningful like they used to be. Holiday cards should be pretty, decorative, and full of thought. They should be good enough to keep forever! I will admit it, I am just like most people. I’ve never made DIY cards until this year. I want to give someone a little bit more than everyone else is. I think its important to show love in your gifts.

Let’s face it. Men LOVE snacks and meat. Women always get rep for snacking all the time, but every man I know snacks more than most women. We have to watch our figures ya know 😉 I remember one year my grandmother (aka Mrs. Claus hehe) gave my guy friend a snack pack full of beef jerky. I am not exaggerating when I say that it was one of his favorite gifts! I am personally a very big fan of beef jerky! I will pass on the beef sticks, but I will eat the jerky until it makes me sick. It is one of my guilty pleasures. There you have it folks, you learned something new about me. I digress.

Ladies! It is time that we take control of our skin! How often do you wash your face? How often do you exfoliate your face? Do you use a facial cleanser? Do you use a moisturizer? I know that some of you are thinking, “I do all of this and I do it often”. Here is a question that many of you will say ‘No’ to, Do you exfoliate your body? It IS something you can and should be doing. Do you care for your dry heels, elbow, knees, etc? Some of you may not have those issues and if you do not, I envy you. However, I have learned that most people do suffer from one of the “dry plagues”, as I like to call them. How do you treat your skin? Do you exfoliate with your hands? Do you use a glove? What about a tool? Sounds funny right? A tool for your skin? While it may sounds strange, I recommend it above anything else. Let me explain…

I’ve always wanted to find something unique and fun to do with my friends and family. I’m not the most creative when it comes to finding something fun and affordable to do. When I was approached with an idea to add Painting With a Twist to this year’s Holiday Gift Guide, I just knew that it was something I would love to experience myself. I live in Deltona, Florida which is right near Orange City. I was able to set up an experience for a friend and I at the Orange City Painting With a Twist. I’ve done something similar to this, so I kind of knew what to expect. What I didn’t expect was the incredibly comfortable and laid-back atmosphere.
