It's not uncommon for companies to claim that their products will get rid of dead skin. Aren't you sick of trying these products and not seeing any positive results? If these products are getting rid of my dead skin and I am not seeing or feeling this dead skin then I just don't believe it. If there's one thing you can trust it's this: You will see and feel the dead skin on your fingers if it's being removed. I know that sounds disgusting, but it's true! You know how you get a sunburn and your skin peels? Well, that is exactly what you will experience with products that are actually working on your skin. Trust me – the dead skin cells aren't just magically disappearing. You will know because you will feel it. Don't trust companies that tell you any different.
I recently used an incredible product that completely removed a layer of skin from me feet. I was amazed and it got me thinking… everyone needs this! It's incredible! So, I thought I'd write this post to share with you the products that will actually get rid of dead skin and not just claim to. I've used them all and I wouldn't steer you wrong.
1. Baby Foot – Exfoliant Foot Peel
This product is incredible! I used these over a week ago and my feet have been peeling for a few days now. Let me tell you a funny story. I tried these out and mentioned to my best friend that I didn't trust them. The odd thing is that you wear the booties for an hour and then your feet will peel “5 to 7 days later”. I told my friend, “Yeah, right! If these are going to work, they are going to work now, not later.” Boy, was I wrong! It was about 3 or 4 days later and my feet were peeling. This isn't just your ordinary peeling either. It's a deep – ten times better than any professional pedicure will give you – peel. I peel dead skin off of the roughest parts of my feet – my heels. Every area that Baby Foot touched, has peeled. My skin underneath is the softer it's been in years! I am completely in awe of this product. I would recommend it to anyone that feels hopeless about their rough feet. It works wonders!
2. Real Chemistry – Luminous 3-minute peel
I gave this to my boyfriend for Father's Day. Actually, I cleaned my face and his, haha. He isn't too good at the whole exfoliating process, so I did it for him. I applied this to my skin by following the directions on the bottle. The peel claims to take 2-3 minutes to collect all of the dead skin on your face, but after at least a minute, my skin was free of all of the dead skin. How do I know? Well, that's simple. I applied the “peel” (it's more like cleanser), I swirled my fingertips all over my face quickly and could feel the dead skin rolling up right under my fingertips. I kept up with the circular motions until I could no longer feel the dead skin coming off of my skin. I rinsed off my face and my skin was brand new! My boyfriend was quite amazed by this, haha. It's a product that's worth every penny because it gets the job done!
3. Baiden Mitten
When I first used this, it didn't work for me. I decided to try it again and it actually worked. This is the weird thing – it works the best on your legs. I know that you'd never think of exfoliating your legs, but why not? I think that removing dead skin from anywhere is a great thing. My recommendation for this is to use it according to the directions, so it works exactly how it's supposed to. This is a mitten – not a cream. I like using this combined with my other dead skin removal products.
4. Gold Elements D’or Facial Peeling
This is probably my favorite dead skin remover, ever! It works wonders and your dead skin is removed immediately when it comes into contact with any part of your skin. It even includes a little tool to place it on your skin because if you use your fingertips, it will activate! This is absolutely incredible. I wish I had a lifetime supply!
5. Spa Sonic Skin Care System
I love this skin care system! This is similar to a Clarisonic, but it's much more affordable and it comes with a few fun attachments. Every time I use this on my face, it removes my dead skin. My face always feels brand new afterward. I absolutely love it! Plus, it comes in fun colors and designs.
