These DIY Mickey Mouse ornaments are so cute and easy to make. With the right supplies, the kids can even help you make them!
Not only is Christmas the most wonderful time of the year, Christmas at Disney is my absolute favorite! Visiting Disney with all of the festive decorations really makes me want to turn my home into a Disney wonderland.
While there are so many great Disney Christmas decorations to buy, it's so much more rewarding to make your own.
DIY Mickey Mouse Ornaments
This Rustic DIY Mickey Mouse Ornament may look complicated, but it's actually really simple. With little supplies and even little time, you can make a variety of these! They also make great gifts for Disney lovers!
How to Make Mickey Ornaments:
Thread one end of a piece of floral wire through the center of one 6-inch grapevine wreath. Thread the other end through the center of one 3-inch wreath. Pull the wire tight.
Thread each end through the wreaths a second time to secure the two pieces together. Pull the wire tight and twist the ends together to secure. Cut off excess wire.
Repeat the process on the other side to add a second ear.
To make a Minnie Mouse wreath, complete steps 1 though 3 again. Then, make a bow with a piece of red polka dot ribbon.
Attach the bow to the top of the larger wreath (between the two ears) with a drop of hot glue.
That's it! You have a nice Mickey Mouse Ornament to hang on your tree. Repeat these steps with larger wreaths for an actual Mickey Mouse door wreath!
