Bernie Mev is a brand that I find very interesting. Their woven shoes are so unique and extraordinary. Their styles are really one-of-a-kind. I knew that I needed to add Bernie Mev to my Fall shoes collection. When browsing through their variety of sandals and boots, my eyes kept going back to one particular style: the Women's Bernie Mev Villamore wedge boots.
The Bernie Mev wedge boot is a must-have for your collection. The woven elastic and leather upper features a unique basket weave pattern, delivering a feminine yet country-chic look to your ensemble.
There's something so 90s about these boots. I grew up in the 90s so they make me nostalgic. Honestly, they scream Spice Girls to me! haha. Which is completely awesome. This isn't typically my style, but I wanted to try something new. I am so glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone because these shoes are all sorts of lovely.
First of all, they are incredibly lightweight. As soon as I pulled these out of the box, I noticed how light they were. It sounds cliche, but I really feel like I am walking on air with these. They are easy to walk in. The wedge isn't too high either. I don't even notice the wedge when walking because these are just so comfortable. These are shoes that I would spend a full Fall day walking in. I don't have to worry about blisters or sore feet because they are made for comfort.
I also love the style. These wedge boots are really unmatchable. You will never find boots that look anything like these. The woven material is very breathable. I chose the gunmetal color and it's fabulous. I love that I can pair these with jeans, a skirt, or even the right dress. The accent buckle straps are a soft, velvet material and overall, a great addition to the boots. The synthetic platform keeps you from slipping, so you can really wear these anywhere. These are great for Fall because of the colors, the style, and the coverage.
