Gourmet Nut: A Healthy Snack for Families

Gourmet Nut have been a go-to family snack in my house for the past 6 months or so. They don't only have nuts though. They have trail mixes, seasonings, seeds, spice rubs, and more! They strive to provide their customers with the most delicious and healthy snacks on the market.

This is one of my travel go-to snacks because they provide so many different health benefits, like protein, Omega-3, and antioxidants. They are gluten-free, cholesterol free, vegan, and trans fat free! Basically, they will fit right into any diet! I am so excited to have a new bath of these in my home because I can work them into my daily diet without getting into trouble or “cheating”. haha.

This time I got to try some of their grinder sea salts! That is the only kind of salt that we use in our house, as it is. The Gourmet Nut salts are unique because they come in different flavors! They taste delicious and fresh because you are grinding them yourself.

I recommend these for holidays, birthdays, or just an every day event! They are great for family fun nights because it is something that this entire family will enjoy.
