Halloween Fashion Finds: 17 cheap Halloween party dresses (that aren’t costumes)

Ladies, how do you celebrate Halloween? If you have children you probably get them all dressed up and take them around the neighborhood trick-or-treating. Maybe you're more of a modern mom and you take them to a mall, church, or just throw a party. If you aren't a parent then you are probably already planning for a few epic Halloween parties. Parties have never really been my thing. In fact, other than last year, I haven't dressed in a costume for Halloween since I was a teenager. I'm not much of a costume type of gal. I don't know what it is about this dress, but I love it. The straps on the chest are really trendy right now and I've been dying for a top with these straps. Maybe that's why. I love that it's cute and casual. It's something that you can wear on an average day. Wear pumps to glam it up and wear boots to add some edge to it. I might even pair a waist belt with it.

This is a cute and flirty dress for Halloween. I love the stripes of mesh and how it gives a peek at the skin.
