I’ve been working hard to help everyone maintain a low-carb diet during the holidays. This healthy Holiday Sangria will allow you to indulge without regrets.
I’m not much of a drinker so finding low-carb alcoholic beverages hasn’t been an issue. In fact, I only drink on special occasions. I believe the fun (and stress) of the holidays is reason enough to enjoy a drink or two. Plus, what better time to enjoy an alcoholic beverage than with friends and family?
Healthy-ish Holiday Sangria
This Holiday Sangria is the perfect drink to enjoy by the glass. Since it is so simple to make, you can make a single glass at a time. This allows you to control how many drinks you’ve had and prevents waste.
However, if you want a pretty presentation, just throw it in a pitcher and place it on the appetizer table. I love this pretty glass pitcher for Sangria.
This Sangria is healthy-ish for a number of reasons. One being that it’s served by the glass, to control portions. Another is because it contains a low-carb red wine!
