Crunchy Broccoli Slaw is a delicious low carb side dish for anyone on the Keto diet. It’s the little bit of crisp that gives it the texture you need for a weekly dish. You’ll want to make this regularly.
Low Carb Crunchy Broccoli Slaw
Rather than eating the same side dishes with all your Keto meals, why not make something a little bit different? There’s something about a crunchy salad that pulls me in every single time.
I love pairing this slaw with my Ranch-Rubbed Pork Chops and Lemon Pepper Baked Chicken Wings. Nothing feels more like comfort food than these.
To add, this slaw is a family favorite for holiday gatherings! It’s a healthy dish that doesn’t feel too forced. Even better, it’s extremely quick and easy to whip up. This is especially true when you’re planning a last minute get together.
Bagged Broccoli Slaw Vs. Homemade Broccoli Slaw
As you’ll notice, this recipe calls for a bag of broccoli slaw plus a few delicious add-ins. However, you can easily make homemade broccoli slaw from scratch, by using a vegetable spiralizer on the broccoli stems – easy peezy.
I understand the concerns and expenses involved with bagged salads. However, I love anything quick and easy because it helps me stick to my diet. There’s nothing wrong with a good bagged slaw, in my opinion!
