Liquid Lipsticks are my absolute favorite because they typically very pigmented and are a great twist on lipstick and lipgloss. I will wear any lip colors. I like them bold, tame, nude, pink, red, and even purple. As long as I feel beautiful and my lip color is long-lasting then I am a happy girl. The Kismet liquid lipsticks fit right into these categories. Not only are the colors beautiful, they are gluten-free, paraben-free, 100% vegan, and USA made. It really doesn’t get much better than that.
The Kismet Cosmetics Succulent Collection contains four fabulous colors: Flamingo, Elope, Speakeasy, and On Point. Each liquic lipstick comes in a beautiful box. I am one for cute packaging. Even if it’s just a box, if it appeals to me, I just may purchase it. The boxes are somewhat of an aztec design with golds and blues. It’s very beautiful. The colors really speak for themselves though.
I received two of the four colors to share with you. First, there is Elope. Elope is a classic nude shade with more color then Kismey’s best-selling Naked Gypsy. It will make you want to tie the knot!
The color is a really pretty nude. It isn’t too deep or too bright. It looks gorgeous and has just the right amount of shine to it. I am not a fan of lip glosses because they are really thick and sheer. This isn’t like that at all. It isn’t sticky and doesn’t transfer onto everything it touches. Once it dries, it’s stays for hours.
The other color is Flamingo. Flamingo is the statement maker of the collection! You will fall in love with bright pink lips!
This is the most flamboyant and the brightest pink liquid lipstick that I have ever had the pleasure of placing on my lips. I absolutely adore this color. I’ve received nothing but compliments when wearing this pink. I love the idea of wearing a beige colored dress and sassing it up with this Flamingo liquid lipstick and hot pink shoes and accessories to match. I wore this for 6 hours. It lasted through my eating, drinking, and talking. It faded some, but overall it’s a really great lip color for long events!
