Sometimes working out is just plain BORING. It is to me at least. I think that we all get to that point to where working out the same way over and over again is boring and it begins to feel like work. When it begins to feel like work, we tend to start slacking. There is nothing like a new workout tool to help spice up your workouts!
Phantom Fit Bands do just that! Your workout becomes less of a chore and more of an ACCEPTED challenge. Obviously we all want to challenge ourselves! Each band is a different resistance. You can do like I did and start with the least resistant band (Light), then work your way to the most resistant (x-Heavy). They are basically huge rubber bands. They can be used for crossfit exercises, physical therapy, or for a regular workout routine.
I personally used them as a regular workout for my arms. I will be giving the heavier ones to my father for physical therapy on his shoulder. My experience with these after using them for the past few weeks is that they are very durable, easy to use, and they challenge me. I would definitely recommend these for anyone needing physical therapy, interested in crossfit, or simply for some spice in your regular routine!
