If you're a boy mom then you've already discovered how difficult it is to find anything that matches with your son. There are mommy daughter outfits, shoes, and everything else – but hardly any matching mother son things. Being that this is a problem for us boy moms, I decided to hunt for something, anything, that would be a good fit for my toddler son and I. Then, I thought of Lugz.
Best Mommy Son Shoes
I knew Lugz had great men and women's boots but I wasn't sure about their kids selection. I decided to check it out and was pleasantly surprised to see toddler sizing! I just knew I had to rock these boots with my son so I picked out a pair for each of us and I must say – we are totally rocking them!
Lugz Toddler boots
The Toddler Empire Water Resistant Chukka Boots are still a bit big for my toddler but he will grow into them. I love that these beauties are not only comfortable – they are durable. While I don't go on many outdoor adventures – my son sure does. He will break these babies in quickly! I love that these will last him a long time. They are perfect for our evening walks on the paved streets in our neighborhood.
The best part – they are water resistant which is great in our rainy Florida weather. He also looks way too cute in them.
Lugz Mommy boots
The Women's Empire Hi WVT 6-inch boots are super stylish (as you can see). I love throwing them off with a good pair of blue jeans and a loose t-shirt. They are cushioned, well-made, and basically my go-to pair of boots when I want to get anything done outdoors!
These aren't an exact match with my son's boots but they look pretty close. The good news is that there's an exact match from Lugz that I'll be giving away!

5 years ago my husband and I started hiking in our late 50’s . He always wants me to wear hiking boots but I prefer trail runners. He loves hiking boots and I found the Men’s Empire Hi Water Resistant 6-Inch Boot to be a perfect boot .
I would choose the wheat. They are classic and would look amazing on my grandson so he could match his GEGE.

I like the empire high waters one for toddlers.
I love the black boots but they all are nice. Ive never had a pair of Lugz but my husband has and they have held up so good and he says they are very comfortable. He has diabetes pain in his feet and these are the only shoes that keep them from hurting
