If there's one way to my heart – it's through bacon. The best thing man ever did, next to fry up some bacon, is to add bacon to desserts. If you love anything sweet and salty – these are for you.

Typically, when you think of diets – you think sweets or desserts are immediately cut out. That's what I love so much about the Keto Diet. While, yes, you have to watch your sugar intakesweets are totally fine, in moderation.

After the delicious Microwave Chocolate Keto Mug Cake, we made last week, I knew we needed something sweet that you could make ahead of time and enjoy on demand.

These are so stinking cute that you could easily serve them during those yummy holiday meals. These can be the keto-friendly option for anyone wanting to stick to a low carb diet, even during the holidays.

Do you cheat on your diet during holidays?

Personally, I think cheat days are just fine – just as long as you don't fall off the wagon, per say. Should you choose to have a “cheat day,” please be sure that you limit yourself.

For example, on vacation you may want to indulge in the free resort buffet – go for it. Just be sure your diet cheat day doesn't turn into multiple days.

Hmmm, I think it may turn out to be too thick and it would could be missing something. Maybe you could try it with a few and then add other ingredients as needed. That sounds delicious, by the way!

  3. Sue says:

I’m wondering… if I just wanted to combine the cream cheese with say; chives, and maybe garlic instead of the maple syrup, Stevia and Vanilla? if I would need to add other ingredients to make up for the missing ones? Would the consistency be ok?
