This Zoodles Italian Salad Recipe is a personal favorite. This recipe was adapted from a pasta salad recipe that I used to love before I started the Keto diet.
In fact, all of the ingredients are the same except I replaced pasta with zucchini spirals.
One ingredient that I really love in this recipe, and like to snack on frequently, is the Smithfield® Anytime Favorites® Cubed Ham.
I love to make my own little Bento lunches with them for myself and my son. They are so yummy to eat with cheese, crackers, and nuts. You can also throw them into a breakfast bake, omelet, or a soup.

So, back to the Keto pasta salad! I like to layer mine in a jar so it’s easy to eat on-the-go. When I’m ready to eat it, I just shake it up and enjoy!
This particular recipe is great for sharing, so you can take it on a picnic or keep it in a cooler for a road trip.
All of the ingredients are quick and simple. The only thing that took some effort was defrosting the zucchini spirals because I bought them frozen. However, you can make your own spirals right at home, if you’d prefer fresh!
- 2/3 cups Italian Dressing
- 12 oz frozen zucchini spirals
- 1 Package Smithfield Anytime Favorites cubed ham
- 1 cup cheddar cheese chunks
- 1/2 cup green olives - chopped
- 1/3 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/3 cup pepperoni
Using a 38 oz locking jar, you'll layer the ingredients as follows. This order is great because it separates colors, making the layered jar look pretty.
- Pour italian dressing at the bottom of the jar.
- Add zucchini spirals
- Add Cubed Ham
- Add cubed cheese
- Add green peppers
- Add olives
- Add pepperoni
Shakes it up and pour into bowls or eat right from the jar!
Optional: Add chopped tomatoes
