Have you started the dreadful task of spring cleaning? I’ve started, but it still feels like I haven’t made any sort of impact. The most frustrating part of tackling my spring cleaning is working with products that don’t actually… work. I’m sure that we’ve all been there before. You get sucked into an infomercial, spend more than you’d like to admit, and then end of with a product that doesn’t magically make the mess disappear. It’s embarrassing, discouraging, and frankly, a waste of time.

Spring is in the air… and so is the dirt and pollen (yuck!). Spring means a lot of different things to different families. In our family it means lots of fun, but lots of cleaning. We have allergies in our family so we have to keep the house as clean as possible to combat those allergies! Cleaning this year isn’t as stressful because I have my new Shark Rocket Powerhead vacuum. It’s seriously incredible and it even motivated the man of our house to vacuum (score one for me, ladies!).

Inside Out was one of the most memorable movies of 2015. It also happens to be one of my all-time favorite animated movies because it actually makes me feel something, which is the point of the movies. Inside Out is a movie that you want to see more of. The creators took that into consideration and released the incredible short, “Riley’s First Date?”. It’s available for free on Disney Movies Anywhere for a limited time, so grab it while you can!

Around two weeks ago I changed my beauty regime. My old beauty routine consisted of using a facial cleanser every night and only using moisturizer when my skin was feeling especially dry. I’ve been told a million times to use moisturizer daily, but I couldn’t seem to remember to use it daily. I even preached to my friends and family to “use moisturizer daily.” Finally, I am practicing what I preach and I wish I’d discovered these all natural, environmentally-friendly products sooner!
