Does anyone else have an issue with sleep? My sleeping patterns are a mess. I am sleepy during the day and I am wide awake at night. When I AM sleepy and I lay down to get some rest, I cannot sleep. It’s a curse, I tell ya! When I learned about MagTech, I knew that it was a company that I needed to try. Not only does it help with your sleeping, it increases your cognitive health. I think that we could all work on our brains a bit, haha. It is also meant to increase your memory. Honestly, I have a terrible memory! It is seriously so embarrassing and is a huge burden to have a short term memory loss like I do. Okay, I am rambling. Let me tell you about my experience with MagTech’s Optimal Magnesium Complex.

Oh weight loss, how I despise you. I think that we all do. It is a pain to find the best way to lose weight. Do we exercise? Do we diet? Do we take weight loss pills and drink weight loss shakes? Everyone’s weight loss routine is different. Something different works for everyone. As much as we don’t want to hear it, there is one fact: You MUST diet AND exercise. Losing weight is a lifestyle change. That means doing more than just going for a walk every now and then. While you need to exercise and diet, it doesn’t hurt to take weight loss pills to help speed up the process.

So tonight I am home alone. The boyfriend is at work, so it is just me, my kitties, my computer, and TV. I am flipping through hundreds of channels and of course, nothing is on. Having a ton of channels isn’t always the best idea. Sometimes I want to watch a movie. Having cable doesn’t guarantee you movies. Having cable only guarantees you commercial, infomercial, news, and reruns! I am too lazy to get up an put a movie in that I have watched a thousand times. Then it hits me “WATCH NETFLIX!”

I have always wanted to do my own nails using UV polish. Unfortunately, I did not have the special UV lamp that is required. I have used UV polish at salons, however. I have always loved it. For one, it goes on beautifully. It is always very glossing and makes your nails almost look fake (in a good way). Secondly, it lasts way longer than regular polish, without chipping or scratching. The third thing that I love is when it does come off, you can peel it right off (for the most part). With that said, I was thrilled to jump at the opportunity to test a UV lamp! I mean, what is better than doing your nails at home?

Who loves movie night? Raise your hand! I am sure you are all raising your hands mentally right now. I personally love movie night. I always have and I always will. One of the very key essentials to a Family Movie Night is the snacks! What makes a good movie night? The movies, the comfort, and the SNACKS! I don’t know what it is, maybe the nostalgia of snacking as a kid while watching movies, but I must have snacks while enjoying a movie. My problem is finding the right kind of snacks that are easy, fun, and delicious! When you think of movies what snack immediately comes to mind? POPCORN of course. Have you ever heard of Elf on a Shelf? I am sure you have. If not, I will explain it briefly. It is a little toy elf that “roams” around your house during the holiday season. Basically, as parents, you place the elf in funny or odd places each night after your child goes to bed. Every day becomes a new game for your child to find out what the crazy elf was up to the night before. Roaming Reindeer is a bit similar, but it has a fun twist to it. Let me explain.

Guys and Gals, we have all been there before. Angry at an ex because they just did not treat you fairly. We appear to be calm, but on the inside we are raging. Just wishing there was something we could do to make ourselves feel better. I’ve heard of screaming into a pillow or smacking it around a little. That does give some sort of release, but what about something new? Something different? What about Voodoo? hahaha. What about a Voodoo knife set and holder?
