We all know and absolutely love Kung Fu Panda! I mean, how could we not? He’s pretty darn cute, he’s cool, and talented! hehe. My favorite thing about taking this hilarious movie home is that it includes a ton of fun bonus features! So, are you going to pick it up?
Today is a good day because Disney’s Goldie & Bear is now available! I think all of the littles would love it. Want to plan a fun play date with your little ones? It wasn’t too long ago that I watched Norm of the North for the first time. It’s freaking adorable! How could you resist something so cute? You can’t! The movie is finally available on Blu-ray combo pack! You should really give this a chance. The kids will love it and I have a sneaking suspicion that you will catch yourself giggling at it too.
Bagheera, one of the most prominent characters in The Jungle Book, was voiced by the great, Sir Ben Kingsley. I’ve personally always been intrigued by Sir Ben Kingsley – his unique look, the interesting roles that he takes on, and his firm voice – I’ll admit that the thought of meeting and interviewing him was a bit intimidating. Being that I’m a fan, I was nonetheless excited and ready to meet the man behind the black panther.
Is it weird for me to say that I am super excited about a new Sofia The First movie? The storyline sounds really, super fun! Sofia The First is loved my kids all over and maybe some adults like me. It’s hard not to get excited about a new Disney movie. You’re never too old to enjoy a good movie. Make sure you mark your calendars for Sofia The First: The Secret Library!
Nothing attracts me more to a movie than a wicked cast. Even if the storyline doesn’t necessarily appeal to me, I will give a movie a chance if the cast is impressive enough. London Has Fallen is definitely an action film. I’m not huge on action-packed thrillers. The story has to be really good for me to be into it. However, the rule still applies – the great cast will be just enough to draw me in, like in this movie. London Has Fallen contains a few of my favorite actors, like Morgan Freeman and Gerard Butler *swoon*.
When I think of the original The Jungle Book, I think of a family-friendly, fun movie. It’s a movie that makes me laugh and sing. I’ve always loved Disney’s animated classics because I walk away from the movie feeling like a kid again. They make me forget about my worries and my strife (see what I did there). I didn’t know exactly what to expect with the new The Jungle Book film. I mean, a live-action version of a jungle of animals? How much of a connection could we possibly have to talking animals? Will it be too unrealistic? Or even worse, will it be too creepy? These thoughts wandered through my mind before seeing the movie, but overall I was super excited. With a stellar cast and one of my favorite Directors (Jon Favreau), I couldn’t help but to look forward to seeing my favorite childhood Classic on the big screen!
Shrek is one of my all-time favorite animated movies! You can’t deny the humor, inside jokes, and witty storylines that are involved in Shrek. I still visit the Shrek 4-D show when I go to Universal Studios. It’s just too fun to pass up! Now, don’t let this make you feel old, but it’s the 15th Anniversary of Shrek! Yes, I said 15th! Yikes! I am just going to pretend that age is nothing but a number because it feels like just yesterday that I was giggling at the crazy antics of Shrek and Donkey! If you’re a lover of the Ogre like I am, then you will be just as excited to know that in celebration of the 15th anniversary, DreamWorks is releasing a brand new Shrek Collection. Check out the nitty-gritty details below.
