As a young woman, I’ve explored a lot of different relationships. I’ve had really long-term relationships, love at first site relationships, really passionate ones, and really volatile ones. No two relationships are the same, but they all carry a few common things that nobody seems to mention. Maybe we are too involved to realize it, maybe we are too afraid to admit the truth, or maybe we just don’t talk about our relationships enough. These are the 5 things nobody tells you about relationships.

My favorite season is here. My only wish is that the Florida actually knew it was Autumn. Some cool weather and colorful leaves would be nice. We don’t have actual season here in Florida, but as soon as September hits I begin to celebrate Autumn within my home. I mean, it’s crazy how a few changes in your home can change the way you feel. Basically, we don’t know it’s fall until the I change a few things in my home. I figured that I can’t be the only one, so I’m sharing my ideas with you. Enjoy!

I often catch myself singing songs from the original The Lion King. There’s something about Disney movies that stick with you forever. I’ll always have a deep rooted love for The Lion King, so The Lion Guard has a special place in my heart before I ever even watched it. Now that I have watched it, I’m a huge fan. What kind of woman would I be if I didn’t? Not the kind of person I’d hang out with, that’s for sure! The Lion Guard is onto a new season – The Lion Guard Unleash The Power. I’m telling you that it’s so much fun! You’ll find yourself watching it long after the kids go to bed.

We are huge collectors in my house. Anything geek or nerdy – we’ve got it! If it’s a movie or show, we own it on Blu-ray. There are some shows that release and unfortunately, are never made it the Blu-ray format, but lucky for us, Star Wars: Rebels is available on Blu-ray and DVD! It hits the shelves on August 30th, but you can preorder immediately on Amazon. You can also pick up some awesome Star Wars Rebels gifts.

I was invited to attend the first-ever movie under the stars at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. I was honored to attend such a fun event and to finally see the Pete’s Dragon that we’ve all been waiting for. As you read in my last Pete’s Dragon post, there are so many reasons to be excited for this movie! I was the most excited to see the relationships between Pete and Elliot, I mean, we all want a pet dragon, right? I mean, there are a lot of benefits to having a pet dragon.

I sat at my work desk one afternoon, set up my tablet, and decided t watch Netflix. I thought that I could just watch Fuller House while I worked. That’s usually what I do with sitcoms. Little did I know that it would be so good and so distracting that I would sit at my work desk for 2 hours, binge watching it. It was the fun, sarcastic humor that initially grabbed my attention. But it was the adult topics that I, as a woman, can relate to that kept my attention.
