I love nuts, dried fruit, and trail mixes. They are healthy snacks that I actually would choose over an unhealthy snack. Not every trail mix is good though. I have had plenty of trail mixes that just don’t taste right. Maybe the company didn’t salt it or maybe they had a weird mix of ingredients. The same goes for nuts and dried fruit. I don’t just buy any cheap brand that I come across. I look at the ingredients, read about the company, and look for reviews. It sounds like a lot of work, I know, but I want to be sure that I am not being fooled by an items “brand” or by the packaging. Basically, if I purchase something, I am sure of my purchase. With that said, I want you to be sure of your next snack purchase. You all know who Mary Lambert is. She was the beautiful voice in the song, “Same Love” with Macklemore. I literally tear up every time I hear that song tears come to my eyes. It touched me so much when it first came out that I had to search to learn more about the beautiful voice. I learned from my research that Mary Lambert had another version of Same Love, which was titled “She Keeps Me Warm”. After watching this it was clear to me, Mary Lambert is a part of the LGBT community! I am a HUGE advocate for equality, so I knew that I needed to review her new album, “Heart on My Sleeve.”

I have tried just about every snack subscription box out there (Seriously, I can count 5 right now)! I am a foodie, so I love the thought of getting delicious treats delivered to my door step every month. Typically the snacks that subscription boxes have can be put into one of these categories: health snacks, gourmet snacks, worldly snacks, or other treats that can [typically] be easily duplicated. I love trying new snacks as much as the next foodie, but I get bored with the same types of products over and over again. There is something about weather that intrigue people so much. I worked as a receptionist at a hotel for 7 years and let me tell you, people always talked about the weather. Whether it be about the weather here, at their home, or anywhere else it was something they could talk about for a good twenty minutes. Now, let me make it clear that I do not have an issue with this. I find it really interesting that it can be bright and sunny here in Florida and snowing like crazy in another state. I always use an app on my phone to track the weather just to prepare for my day. In Florida, you never know what’s going to happen with the weather. It can be 100 degrees, 60 degrees, rainy, and sunny all in one day. That is why I need a reliable weather tracker. Wherever you live, I believe it is important to have a weather trackers that you can count on! We’ve all heard of weather cellphone apps, but what about an at home weather station… that you can control from your home or with your phone!

I use facial cleansers every night, so I go through them very quickly. Every time I empty one bottle of cleanser, I want to try a new one. I keep a mental list of the ones that I love. I typically steer clear of BIG BRAND cleansers because they never seem to work as they claim too. The BEST cleansers I have ever used were brands that aren’t in every store that you go to. The point I am trying to make is that just because a beauty product is a big name, doesn’t mean that it’s the best product! Don’t knock it before you try it.
