I attended an advance screening of Bridget Jones’s Baby and I took my boyfriend! I know, it sounds silly because Bridget Jones’s Baby is totally a chick flick – or is it? Eh, not so much. It has the every fragment it needs to be a really great date night movie. Still think your guy wouldn’t like it? Well mine said these exact words: “Every chick flick should be as funny as this one.” Those are the words of a brand new Bridget Jones fan! Take your guy on a date to see this movie. I promise he wont be disappointed.
If you’re a true Disney lover then you want to be involved in anything that has to do with Disney – shows, movies, toys, the parks, and especially performances (plays, shows, dances, etc.). Ever since I heard about Disney on Ice I was intrigued – especially about Disney On Ice: Follow Your Heart. I know that everyone thinks Disney on Ice is only for kids (and in many ways it is) but it’s fun for Disney lovin’ couples, too. I’ve listed a few of my favorite reasons for couples to plan a Disney on Ice date.
I’ve never been much of a dancer. I’ve been to many clubs and danced my butt off until the wee hours in the morning, but I’d never consider myself a dancer. I can appreciate a movie with great dancers. In fact, this list of movies is inspired by my love for dance movies. I don’t know what it is, but I really get into dance movies. Every time I watch one, I want to get up and start moving. I’m sure you’ve seen all (or most) of these dance movies, but it never hurts to be reminded of how great they are. Maybe you can play a workout girls night where you try to dance along with the actors? Or maybe a night where you drink every time someone breaks it down, haha!
It’s important in our lives to do as many kind things as possible. Some people don’t believe this, but I think the reason for our existence is to help one another. It doesn’t have to be big acts of heroism. It’s the little things that matter. You’d be amazed at how a simple act of kindness can change a person’s day or even change their life. It’s something that we, as individuals, should be practicing and something that we should be teaching the new generations. This is my 50 acts of kindness bucket list.
