There was a a lot of hype about Ratchet & Clank when it hit theaters. I’m going to be honest, I wanted to sneak away from the house to see it in theaters. There was something so fun about it! Apparently, it was a video game! I’m sure that some of you are saying, “Yes, we know!” It’s all news to me, people. I’m not going to lie, I kinda want the video game now – just sayin! I just knew that I needed to grab it on Blu-ray as soon as possible. I’ve partnered with Universal to not only check out the Ratchet & Clank Blu-ray, but to give one to a lucky winner, as well!

Star Wars: The Force Awakens was MEGA! It’s an incredible movie. I literally have 3 copies of it on DVD & Blu-ray. Coming right before Christmas is the Star Wars: The Force Awakens Collectors Edition! This is going to be the most EPIC Christmas gift of all time. I sure as heck would love it for Christmas. Mark your calendars because it’s all coming soon!

As an empathetic woman, I strive off of movies that make me feel something. If it makes me cry, then it’s a success in my book. Why do you think I love Nicholas Sparks movies so much? They make me laugh, cry, and feel like I’m falling in love again. I love those types of movies and I can’t be the only one. I’ve had my eye on quite a few upcoming movies that I think are going to tug at the heart strings, so I figured I’d share them with all of you.

The most popular blast from the past beauty trend comes right out of the 80’s. We are rockin’ high pony tails, big hair, and colorful lipsticks. It’s not unusual to walk into your local Sephora and find lipstick shades in every color of the rainbow. I have more pink and purple lipsticks (and lipstains) than I’d like to admit. My makeup bag is packed full of 80’s flair and I blame Sephora and the Sing Street DVD.

I am so excited about the release of Pete’s Dragon! It’s always been a family favorite. I love that Disney is bringing all of these classic movies back to the big screen. I am so excited to see what surprises are in store for us and even more excited to see how cool Elliot is! Be sure to take the time to enter the giveaway below because it’s pretty epic!

This is the first year that I’ve actually enjoyed watching the Olympics. I personally love watching the women kick butt! I mean, who doesn’t love women her the experts in their passion? I sure do! Speaking of leading ladies, there as a new Moana TV Spot and it’s an extended one. That means more Moana sneak peeks for us. I am so excited about this movie and no, it’s not just because of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who voices the hilarious Maui, although that’s a heck of a bonus! I was invited to attend the first-ever movie under the stars at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. I was honored to attend such a fun event and to finally see the Pete’s Dragon that we’ve all been waiting for. As you read in my last Pete’s Dragon post, there are so many reasons to be excited for this movie! I was the most excited to see the relationships between Pete and Elliot, I mean, we all want a pet dragon, right? I mean, there are a lot of benefits to having a pet dragon.

I just finished watching one of the most inspiring, honest documentaries I’ve ever seen. Life, Animated is about a boy with autism that couldn’t speak, but found a way to communicate through animated Disney films.
